What is the mission of your business/organization?

Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging Solutions Firm

What is the story behind your business’ success?

People! People who have mentored me, people who have encouraged and supported me, people who have believed in me, people who have given me opportunities to showcase our talents and/or add value to their company or project. Without people, you will never be successful!

Can you offer one piece of advice to other business owners?

Always find a way to pass your blessings. Help another person, even if it is just to listen. Identify mentors early, know your worth and know you are enough!! Know who you are!

What products or services do you offer?

For any organization to grow and thrive, diversity is a requirement. If you are going to emphasize diversity, equality/equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in the workplace, you have to do it correctly. We help companies do it correctly. Also, you will hear me mention two products and services that we have developed and use to help organizations strengthen DEIB and showcase their diversity sustainably. The DEIB Organizational Assessment— Understand the Now and Catapult your Organizational Culture, Business and Talent Strategy from Surviving to Thriving ℠, and The DEIB Blueprint ℠ —A Customized Playbook of Tools, How to’s and Resources to be a Champion in DEIB.

What distinguishes your business?

We are DEIB practitioners and we are certified. We have over 20 years of diversity experience in Global companies.

How do you define success in your organization?

When DEIB is in the DNA of companies AND there is a pipeline of diverse talent to the C-Suite and the Corporate Board.

Why did you start your business? What drives you?

Almost 15 years ago, two of my mentors were leaving and the global diversity team was going to go through a reorg at the global firm I worked at. They gave me two options, (1) stay and they will find another role for me, or (2) they said, go follow your passion of speaking and helping others in diversity. I slept on it and the next morning I decided to follow my passion, and here I am!
