A lot of people underestimate woman and their abilities.

Many other business owners have not seen me as an equal in the contrsuction industry due to my gender, but I just kept on striving forward.
What advice do you have for young women who want to be in a leadership position?
Never let anyone or anything limit you or your imagination.
