Who is the most influential woman you know? How does she inspire you?
My daughter, Sarah. She is an amazing person, successful in many ways, a great mother and friend! She keeps me on my toes, encourages me, reminds me often of how strong I am and to stand tall with conviction and self worth.
If you could meet any successful woman, who would you choose?
That's a toss up between Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga.
What is the best part about being a women in business?
Having flexibility of not missing important family moments and memories.
What barriers have you faced and how did you overcome them?
Learning to work with my spouse and partner in life on a daily basis. Patience, understanding and listening for how I can adjust and improve communications. Not having to win all the time. 🙂
What advice do you have for young women who want to be in a leadership position?
Be strong and never give up but be good to yourself; know when you need time to pamper yourself and regroup as your health/well-being, your family and friends matter! Always make time for empathy when the moments arises.
