What inspired you to join/start your business?
I was passionate about food, loved feeding people, and had an insatiable appetite to do my own thing!
What was your most satisfying moment in your career?
In 2016, JADE was selected as a food vendor at the Democratic National Convention, serving the Media Party at Citizens Bank Park and the Welcome Delegate Reception at the Kimmel Center.
How do you define success?
Doing what you were created to do and doing it with excellence!
