Blood Drive Informational Meeting
The need for blood doesn't take a vacation
Leave your footprint to life...
This summer, give blood.
Blood supplies often shrink during the summer months and shortages can become acute when people are traveling/vacationing and student blood drives are suspended until September. But the need for blood doesn't take a vacation.
As a New Jersey employer, this is a critical time to step forward. You can help maintain an adequate blood supply for patients by hosting a summer blood drive at your workplace, or joining with other businesses to host a drive between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Workplace blood drives are an essential tool in ensuring adequate blood supply because they:
-are convenient
-make people aware of the need
-ask employees to participate
