Governor Murphy Announces Job Portal
Detailing Over 8,000 Available Jobs
Visit www.jobs.covid19.nj.gov for more information

On March 23, Governor Phil Murphy announced that many businesses across New Jersey have urgent hiring needs during the COVID-19 emergency.

The state created a job resource page for unemployed workers to learn about those employers that are hiring within their community at www.jobs.covid19.nj.gov. As of today, there are more than 8,000 available jobs for those that have been laid-off and this website will continue to be updated as more jobs become known and available.

As you may recall, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority issued a survey to employers with critical hiring needs last week. The CCSNJ was helpful in issuing this information to our members, several of which responded with local job opportunities.

If your business is facing urgent staffing shortages due to COVID-19, you can also connect with these workers seeking New Jersey job opportunities. If your business is currently in search of talent, submit your business for inclusion via this intake tool for businesses that are hiring.
