CHERRY HILL TOWNSHIP, N.J. – For the second year in a row, the Chamber of Commerce: Southern New Jersey celebrated Hispanic leaders in business.

The chamber’s Southern New Jersey Conference was held on Tuesday in Cherry Hill, where speakers discussed issues facing them in the business world and how to increase the work done with Latino and Hispanic businesses.

“The goal is in recognition obviously of the Latino business community and the huge impact that they have on economic development and the economy in general [and] to find a way to open our doors and incorporate them into the larger Southern New Jersey business community,” said Kathleen Davis, the executive vice-president and COO of the Chamber of Commerce: Southern New Jersey.

The chamber hopes events like the one held today, will help strengthen the networking between businesses.
