David Rosenblatt is the State’s Chief Resilience Officer and Assistant Commissioner for the Climate and Flood Resilience Program within the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The program consists of four organizational areas: the Division of Coastal Engineering, the Division of Dam Safety and Flood Engineering, the Bureau of Climate Resilience Design and Engineering, and the Bureau of Climate Resilience Planning. Please join us for the CCSNJ’s first Environment Committee meeting of 2019! Ms. Outlaw, who heads NJDEP’s Environmental Justice Division, will discuss the newly issued draft report requested by Governor Murphy on how the Department should be considering environment justice in its work.
