Friday, December 7, 2018  •  8:00 - 10:30 a.m.     The Westin Mount Laurel
555 Fellowship Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054

The workforce of today is comprised of three generations of workers – the Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y (millennials) – and a fourth, Generation Z, soon to join. Each generation has its own distinct approach to and attitudes toward work. Communication styles, values, work habits, technology, and work-life balance are just some of the differences between the generations. Our panel will explore how leaders can make a multigenerational workplace more productive, efficient and harmonious.
