This interactive session, led by Francis Blanco who directs the development, promotion and expansion of women’s rights at NJ’s Department of Children & Families, will feature breakout work groups discussing topics like: how to support and empower female professionals, cultivating a work culture that includes strong female leaders, and how to overcome the false stereotypes of women in the workplace, just to name a few. You won’t want to miss the kick-off to our exciting new Women’s Council series which will help shape future programs. We look forward to seeing you there!
